Access to Exhibitor Meeting Rooms

Meeting rooms will be available for move-in beginning on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at 8:00 AM. 

Tuesday, Sept 8, 2026:        8:00 AM - 10:00 PM (for staff meetings & setup only)
Wednesday, Sept 9, 2026:  7:00 AM - 7:30 PM 
Thursday, Sept 10, 2026:    7:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Friday, Sept 11, 2026:          7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Saturday, Sept 12, 2026:    7:00 AM - 10:00 AM

Exhibitor meeting rooms may be used for staff meetings and set up only on Tuesday, September 8. Please do not schedule meetings with attendees in your meeting room(s) on Tuesday, September 8. SOHO Annual Meeting Badges are required to access the Exhibitor Meeting Room areas. There are no exhibitor badges included in your exhibitor meeting room package. Each 10x10 Exhibitor Meeting Room is $10,000. You can select multiple 10x10 rooms to make a larger space.

Display Restrictions

Please note the following restrictions when planning your meeting room display/set-up:

• Items put inside the room may not exceed the height of the wall.
• Hanging signs are not permitted.
• A reception/greeter table outside your contracted meeting room is permitted. The table must be against the wall directly outside the room. A chair for the greeter may be placed beside the table, not behind the table.
• Exterior branding is permitted. The front wall of your exhibitor meeting room(s) may display corporate branding. To order exterior branding, contact AEX Services at Orders@aexservices.com.
• No banner stands or additional signage may be placed outside the room.

Meeting Room Package

The meeting rooms are unfurnished. Each meeting room includes the following:

• Meeting room door combination. The combination will be available for pickup on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at 8:00 AM.
• Carpet
• Company ID sign

Security

PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE ROOMS ARE NOT COMPLETELY SECURE. A lockable door is included as part of the Meeting Room package. For your safety, please do not leave valuables unattended. SOHO provides perimeter security and roving security personnel in the Exhibitor Meeting Room area.
 

Shipping/Freight Information

Materials being shipped to the Advance Warehouse or Direct to Show Site for your exhibitor meeting room(s) should be labeled for delivery to the correct room. Please do not label for delivery to your exhibit booth.

The materials received at the Advance Warehouse will be delivered to the meeting room by 8:00 AM on Tuesday, September 8. Freight received off target may be assessed additional fees.
